There are two small supermarkets less than 100 meters from the property and a very large supermarket called Carrefour on the way from the Flayosc to the A8 autoroute. This has just about every thing you could ever need.

Car rental - Nice Airport
There are several car hire companies located at Nicee airport. They are all located within the same area in Terminal 2. There is a free shuttle bus, called a "Navette" between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. National are in a slightly different location in Terminal 2 to all the other hire companies. There have been a number of complaints against Europcar, so I would not recommend using that company.
