Terms & Conditions
• Clean cotton linen and cleaning of the property is provided per week at €20 per person per week. For people staying for more than one week, the property will be cleaned at some time between 10am and 4pm on each Saturday
• Arrival time after 4pm Saturday and departure time before 10am Saturday
• A deposit of 50% is requested with booking, within 2 days of placing the booking
• A refundable damage deposit of €500 is also required with booking
• No hidden extras
• Cancellations will be charged 50% up to 6 weeks prior to booking date. 65% up to 4 weeks prior and full rate for less than four weeks
• Towels provided for internal use only
